We have developed a highly efficient method for electroplating diamond and cubic boron nitride tools for grinding in hard and demanding materials. Our method enhances material removal rates by utilizing top-grade abrasives, maximum abrasive concentration, and high exposure rates.

Re-coating is a highly profitable process that also prioritizes environmental conservation. You send the tools to Diamantprofil in Skogås, where we remove the worn coating and apply a new grinding layer to the existing frame, making the tools as good as new. If the frame is intact, it can be re-coated multiple times, which is very cost-effective.
